About Us
Welcome to ESG Employment, a specialist ESG talent business connecting organizations with experienced sustainability professionals for international projects, tenders, interim assignments and executive appointments.
Founded by Francine Carron, an international ESG strategist and sustainability economist with more than 20 years of experience across Europe, Asia and Africa, ESG Employment was created around a practical challenge: organizations increasingly need specialized ESG expertise, but they do not always need it in the same way.
Sometimes an organization needs an experienced specialist for a defined project. An international tender may require several experts across different technical disciplines or geographies. A company may need additional ESG capacity for a limited period. In other cases, the requirement is a permanent senior leader capable of driving sustainable business transformation.
